Although our firm is engaged in the general practice of law, we  concentrate our practice in several specific areas:

Estate Planning. We assist individuals not only in the preparation of their Wills but also with respect to  other decisions which must be made concerning their families and their  assets.

Estate Administration. We represent Executors with respect to the numerous and oftentimes intricate details which are involved when an individual passes his estate to others at death.

Personal Injury and Products Liability.  We represent individuals who have been hurt and have suffered injury and loss as the result of someone else's negligence or as the result of a defective product.

Real Estate and Financing. We represent individuals buying and refinancing homes as well as corporate and industrial clients in the sale and purchase of real estate, development financing, zoning, leasing, and other matters affecting land use and development.

Small Businesses. We represent medium and small, often  individually-- or family-owned businesses -- a situation quite frequently intertwined with Estate Planning.

Institutional Clients. We serve as solicitors for municipal  authorities, health care facilities, educational institutions, and other similar organizations.

Professionals and Professional Corporations. We handle the legal affairs of professionals in business matters related to their practices, including incorporation for business and retirement  purposes.
