Paul W. Brann
holds a Bachelor's Degree from Mansfield State College in 1960, a Master's Degree from the University of Illinois in 1965, and a Juris Doctor from Dickinson School of Law in 1973. Mr. Brann has practiced law in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and was associated for ten years with Wayne A. Bromfield until 1986, when Mr. Bromfield became a judge of the local court. Mr. Brann is also an adjunct professor at Bucknell University where he teaches a course on business law, a member of the Laurelton Center Board of Directors and a member of the Laurelton Center Special Task Force. Terry W. Light graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1969,
where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor from the Harvard Law School in 1974. From August 1, 1974 through May 31, 1977, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Malcolm Muir of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Willimasport, PA. He was associated in Lewisburg with James F. McClure, Jr. for almost seven years until the latter became President Judge of the local court in 1984. Mr. Light has been active in the area of law practice management and automated information processing for both the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and has authored articles on those subjects in statewide and national publications. He served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and chaired the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Group for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Light understands and can communicate in French, German, and Russian.
